You do not need finished artwork to begin. Normal design assistance is included with your order at no additional design charge, from arranging a theme or verse to preparing an event-ready layout. Specialty services such as embroidery digitizing, patch setup, or outside production are quoted separately when required.

One organizer, one approved order
Collect everyone’s sizes with a private link.
Start with an estimate. After we confirm the garments, artwork and available choices, we can open a private form for participants. Each person submits sizes, colors and supported personalization; the organizer approves and pays for the consolidated order.
Participant collection does not take individual payments. Share the link only with your group. Participants cannot see each other’s contact information. Tell us if a choice needs correcting before the collection is closed.
Plan a group orderChoose the right garment and decoration.
Tees suit everyday wear; performance styles suit active use; polos offer a collared option; crewnecks and hoodies add warmth. We confirm the exact blank, sizes, colors and decoration before quoting. Full-color DTF is a printed transfer. Embroidery and specialty finishes require separate confirmation.
Review before production.
Use the approved garment’s size guide, submit choices by the Central-time deadline, then review the final quantity, configuration, proof, price and fulfillment plan. Production follows approval and required payment. A reorder gets current pricing and availability and a new order identity.
