Information collected
For quotes and orders, Purpose Filled may collect a name, email, phone, organization, project details, product choices, quantities, uploaded files, billing address, shipping address and address-verification result, fulfillment choice, order status, tracking details, and payment or refund references. Purpose Filled does not receive complete payment-card numbers from Stripe.
How information is used
Information is used to price and produce work, validate online products and shipping, calculate applicable tax, process payment and refunds, reserve inventory, arrange pickup or delivery, provide private order updates, prevent fraud and spam, keep accounting records, and respond to support requests. Purpose Filled does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Stripe hosts payment and invoice pages and provides payment and tax services. EasyPost verifies addresses, returns carrier rates, purchases owner-approved labels, and provides tracking. Cloudflare/Sites hosts the storefront and its data; Vercel and Supabase host the Finance application and synchronized accounting records. Email, analytics, and anti-abuse providers process only the information needed for those services under their own terms.
Payment and shipping data
Payment-provider identifiers, amounts, tax, and refunds, plus shipping selections, postage, and tracking events are retained to operate the order and reconcile Finance. Shipping addresses and contact details are shared with carriers and shipping providers as needed to fulfill an order.
Email, analytics, and cookies
Requested order messages are transactional. Marketing email requires confirmation and includes an unsubscribe link. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technology to collect page, device, approximate location, referral, and interaction data, but Purpose Filled does not send it the contents of quote or checkout forms.
Files, retention, and choices
Optional analytics is off until you allow it. With consent, Google receives public page paths, approved campaign tags, product identifiers, configured variants, quantities, and prices. Verified online purchases use an opaque transaction reference, merchandise value after discounts, shipping, and tax. Form contents, contact details, private page URLs, payment tokens, raw query strings, and advertising click identifiers are excluded. A signed first-party cookie lets this browser withdraw permission for pending server measurements. That permission expires within seven days; checkout identifiers support delivery and reconciliation for up to 71 hours after payment. Expired or revoked events cannot be sent; the next scheduled maintenance removes expired identifiers and payloads. Revocation cannot recall data already received by Google, whose retention settings apply there. Analytics does not replace the order or accounting record.
