Quotes and online orders
Custom-project quote requests are not orders until Purpose Filled confirms scope, price, timing, approval, and payment terms. Owner-approved gallery products shown as available for online purchase may be placed in the cart and paid through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Availability and pricing are revalidated by the server before Checkout begins.
Payment and tax
Stripe processes online card and other offered payment methods. Purpose Filled does not receive complete card numbers. Applicable tax is calculated in Checkout using Stripe Tax based on the product, fulfillment method, pickup location, and billing address, plus the verified shipping address when applicable. A browser confirmation alone does not establish payment; Purpose Filled fulfills only after a verified Stripe notification confirms settlement.
Made-to-order production
Products are made after payment or approval. The production estimate shown before checkout is separate from carrier transit. Supplier availability, order size, equipment, weather, or other circumstances may affect timing, and an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Fulfillment
Local pickup is available in Inez, Victoria, Vanderbilt, and Edna. If you’re ordering from another area, we’re happy to arrange a meeting point in one of these communities. Exact private pickup or meeting instructions are provided only after the order is marked ready. United States carrier shipping is available for eligible items. Carrier transit begins after production and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Approvals and personalized items
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected design, product, color, size, quantity, spelling, dates, and personalization. Exact gallery purchases use the choices shown at checkout; artwork changes require the custom quote workflow. Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, preference-based returns or exchanges may be restricted after production begins.
Cancellations, corrections, and refunds
Contact Purpose Filled promptly to request a cancellation or refund review. Approval depends on payment status, production progress, personalization, materials already committed, and the circumstances. Purpose Filled does not promise an automatic refund. If Purpose Filled made an item incorrectly or an item arrived damaged, contact us with the order reference and photographs so the issue can be reviewed. Do not return an item without written instructions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Customer-provided content
By submitting text, images, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize Purpose Filled to use them only as needed to evaluate and complete the request. Purpose Filled may decline unlawful, infringing, hateful, or inappropriate content.
